Weather forecast Rome and Lazio March 7: respite from the rain, but the cold arrives

Day of respite from the rain for today, Thursday 7 March. In all the provinces of Lazio , cloudy skies and colder temperatures are expected than those we were used to in February, but still quite temperate. Only in Viterbo will the minimum approach zero, while in the other provinces it will remain between two and six degrees. The situation is obviously different for maximum temperatures, which will reach up to fifteen degrees.

Unlike past days, today there should be no rain, while winds will blow between light and moderate across the region. However, the situation will be different for the next few days, with the return of rain and storms until the end of the week, and also in the first days of the next. It will take a few more days for temperatures to return to being as high as in the past few days, with thermometers even touching twenty degrees in the hottest days of that winter season which, in reality, never arrived.

In the next few days, the weather is generally expected to worsen throughout Italy, with heavy rain and snow in the mountains. The day of March 7, as mentioned, will give a glimmer of respite from the bad weather. This is because the cyclonic vortex that has affected our country in the last few hours will move away towards the Balkans, giving sunny or partly cloudy skies for most of the day. But by the evening, especially in the north, the first showers are already expected, which will then drag on for the rest of the week. As early as March 8, a drop in pressure will cause bad weather to return to the country.
