Sanremo Festival 2024

The third evening of the 2024 Sanremo Festival ended on Thursday 8 February, broadcast on Rai 1. Amadeus and Teresa Mannino announced the provisional ranking with this evening's top five from the press room:

  • Angelina Mango: Boredom
  • Ghali: My home
  • Alessandra Amoroso: Up to here
  • The Three: Fragile
  • Mr Rain: Two Swings

The guests of the third evening of Sanremo 2024

On the third evening of the Festival, Amadeus was accompanied in hosting by the actress Teresa Mannino. as guests, the Fondazione Arena di Verona Choir performed on the Ariston stage with Va Pensiero, but also Eros Ramazzotti, who celebrated the 30th anniversary of his historic song Terra Promessa on stage. The second international guest also arrived on stage, after John Travolta: Russell Crowe. The Australian actor performed Let Your Light Shine with his band The Gentlemen Barbers, before announcing his tour. The first date will be at the Colosseum in Rome on June 23rd.

Edoardo Leo's speech

The actor Edoardo Leo also took to the Sanremo stage to present his latest film, with a reflection on the health of comedy: ” Comedy is the story of our lives. Laughing at us is creating culture. When the sun of culture is low , even dwarfs look like giants. Let us be careful then that the sun of culture always remains at midday, it is the last glimmer of light before the darkness .”

Who voted during the third evening and who will vote on the Cover evening

Instead, in the second evening, Geolier triumphed with 'I p' me, tu p' te', followed by Irama with Tu no, Sincerely by Annalisa, Pazza by Loredana Bertè and Tuta Gold by Mahmood. The ranking of the last two evenings was obtained, with a division of 50% by televoting and the other 50% by the Radio Jury. On the fourth evening, the vote will be divided into three parts: 34% by televoting, 33% by the Press Room, TV and Web Jury and 33% by the Radio Jury.
