They entered a pizzeria just before 4 in the morning, breaking into the shutter and the entrance door and causing 10 thousand euros of damage. The story happened in Volla , in the hinterland of Naples: the owner vented harshly, explaining that he had opened the place just three months ago, and now he has to deal with the devastation left by the thieves. The images from the video surveillance cameras captured everything, both outside and inside the room.
From the video, spread on social media, we can see that six of them arrive with their faces covered, aboard a car: they first force the shutter and then the front door, and head straight for the cash register. But in the meantime, they devastate the place with a large tool , probably a crowbar. The whole thing lasted a total of 4-5 minutes, as can be seen from the camera times. The video was then sent by the owner of the Volleyball pizzeria to Francesco Emilio Borrelli, deputy for the Green Left Alliance, who published it on his social channels, explaining: ” I opened this pizzeria only three months ago and last night they gave it to me devastated in total control of the territory and they did me around 10 thousand euros in damage . Can it be that in an area full of activity like Volla there isn't more assiduous control?”. Borrelli himself, for his part, then added: “When they decide to strengthen the security system, implementing the number of agents present in the area, it will always be too late. We have been sounding the alarm for some time but they seem to be thrown away words in the wind”, concluded the deputy for the Green-Left Alliance.
